DID YOU KNOW? The University of Evansville Bookstore is wholly owned by the University of Evansville.  All profits and proceeds from bookstore sales go directly to the university to support its budget, departments and students.  We are one of just a handful of bookstores in the state of Indiana that is institutionally owned.  By being institutionally owned we're able to do what's best for the campus community and make decisions at a local level.  Our mission is to provide products and services at a reasonable cost to UE students, alumni, employees, and fans and yet support the university as well.  We take pride in this task.  If you ever need assistance we'll be happy to assist you.  Support the store that supports UE !

Return policy and return dates

General Merchandise Returns

Any non-textbook merchandise may be returned within a reasonable time, usually one month from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was purchased and you must have a receipt for the purchase. Original price tags should still be on the merchandise. It is up to the manager's discretion to allow any non-textbook merchandise returns that do not meet this policy.  If you're returning an order purchased on the website please contact store staff before you return so that we are aware items may be coming.  Orders usually have a packing slip with them that may be included with the return shipment to more easily determine the customer.  Do NOT include credit card information with any shipment...we will contact you directly when/if we need that information.
